HOW TO REGISTER: (updated APRIL 24, 2012) – Read the NOTE below to avoid confusion
*Begin registration for the 2012 2nd Annual Women’s Beantown Classic Here.
*You will need a working email before you begin.
*When entering a team, the team manager/coach will be inputing all the information. *Please note, if the information is not inputted in full, registration will be deemed incomplete.
*You are able to login multiple times to input information that you may not have on hand, but, you will not be confirmed until all information is inputted, include names, birth years, emails, etc.
*Once all information is collected, Kelly Katorji will confirm your team entry (full registration information, payment, etc).
PLEASE NOTE:
- please note, if you are entering more than 1 team in the same or different divisions, you must click on “create account” each time you enter a team
- the system will automatically recognize you have an account, and ask you to fill in some information for that next team
- whenever you log in to update any of your teams for people with multiple teams, there will be a drop down box with the teams you have created and you can choose which one’s details you want to manage

FEE DUE DATES:
1. TEAM REGISTRATION
-upon registration, a $250 dollar “refundable” fee is required (if you decide you cannot enter a team, you will be refunded the $250 fee) – if you are having trouble online, contact Kelly at kelkato@rogers.com.
-final payment is due May 31 ,2012 and once final payment is received it is “non-refundable”
-you may use a credit card, or send us a cheque, either is fine, you will be given that choice as you register online (PLEASE NOTE IF YOU USE A CREDIT CARD THERE IS A CREDIT CARD FEE ATTACHED TO YOUR TOTAL)
2. INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION
-upon registration, the full fee is required
-final payment is due May 31 ,2012 and once final payment is received it is “non-refundable”
-you may use a credit card, or send us a cheque, either is fine, you will be given that choice as you register online (PLEASE NOTE IF YOU USE A CREDIT CARD THERE IS A CREDIT CARD FEE ATTACHED TO YOUR TOTAL)
