
HOW TO REGISTER: (online now as of Dec 10, 2012)

If you would like to enter a TEAM:
(all divisions)
-please note, if you are entering more than one team in same division or different division, you must “create account” for each team, but you may use the same email, you do not need to use multiple emails.

If you would like to enter as an INDIVIDUAL:
(All Divisions – if we can put together enough for a team, then team will be entered, if not, then we will try to move you to another team, the payment process in that situation is to register as an individual vs paying the potential team you will be playing on if in fact we do not have enough to create an individual entry team)
-please note, if you are entering more than one individual player (ie you have 2 kids for example), you must “create account” for each player, but you may use the same email

FEE DUE DATES:
1. TEAM REGISTRATION
-upon registration, a $350 dollar “refundable” fee is required (if you decide you cannot enter a team, you will be refunded the $350 fee) – if you are having trouble online, contact Kelly at kelkato@rogers.com.
-final payment is due May 31 ,2013 and once final payment is received it is “non-refundable”
-you may use a credit card, or send us a cheque, either is fine, you will be given that choice as you register online (PLEASE NOTE IF YOU USE A CREDIT CARD THERE IS A CREDIT CARD FEE ATTACHED TO YOUR TOTAL)
2. INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION
-upon registration, the full fee is required
-once final payment is received it is “non-refundable”
-you may use a credit card, or send us a cheque, either is fine, you will be given that choice as you register online (PLEASE NOTE IF YOU USE A CREDIT CARD THERE IS A CREDIT CARD FEE ATTACHED TO YOUR TOTAL)
